As a school division, we remain committed to continuous growth, strong learning practices, and informed decision making that supports student success. An important part of this work is the development of our Education Plan, which will be submitted to Alberta Education later this spring.

The creation of our Education Plan is a thoughtful, months-long process that begins with listening to our stakeholders. Each year, we gather feedback from families to help guide our priorities, allocate resources, and make data informed decisions that reflect the needs of our students, schools, and broader community.

Our families are among our most valued partners in education, and your voice matters. The information gathered through this annual survey is carefully reviewed and used alongside other data sources to shape goals, strategies, and actions for the years ahead.

Links to the survey were sent directly to parent/guardian emails on file. Please keep your information up to date with your school. 

We respectfully invite you to complete this survey at your convenience. The survey will close on January 30 2026, at noon.

If you have more than one child attending Fort McMurray Catholic Schools, we kindly ask that you complete a separate survey for each child. We recognize that experiences may differ between schools and grade levels, and your individual feedback is important.

Please note that families with students in Grades 4, 7, and 10 will also receive a survey directly from Alberta Education. We encourage you to complete that survey as well, as it provides additional data that helps inform planning at both the provincial and division levels.
